AV999 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing av999.im or any service provided under the av999 brand, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions carefully, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users and anyone who interacts with av999 in any capacity.

If you are accessing av999 on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. av999 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and play on av999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. av999 strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts where underage access is suspected.
• Location: You must be accessing av999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted. You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of online gaming in your location before registering.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted exactly one av999 account. Registering multiple accounts — regardless of whether different names, phone numbers, devices or payment methods are used — constitutes a serious violation and will result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, address — must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. av999 may refuse service or suspend accounts where provided information is found to be false or misleading.
• Personal Use Only: Your av999 account must be used by you personally. Allowing another person to access or operate your account — even a family member — is not permitted.

av999 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage. Refusal to provide requested documents will result in the relevant account being restricted or closed.

3Account Rules

Your av999 account is personal and non-transferable. The following rules apply to all accounts on the platform:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your password with anyone, including av999 support staff (who will never ask for it).
• You must notify av999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. av999 will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.
• Accounts showing signs of being shared, operated by bots or used for any form of coordinated activity will be suspended pending investigation.
• av999 may close dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — after providing notice to the registered email or phone number. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be subject to the dormancy policy in force at the time.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting av999 support. Pending bonus conditions or outstanding wager requirements may affect the timing of any associated withdrawal.

4Deposits & Payments

av999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions on av999 are denominated in PKR — there are no foreign currency conversions applied by the platform.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit; however, limits may apply based on your payment method provider's own policies.
• Deposit Speed: Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your av999 balance instantly. IBFT bank transfers are typically credited within 30 minutes during normal banking hours.
• No Third-Party Deposits: Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. av999 will not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties and will reverse such transactions where technically possible.
• No Deposit Fees: av999 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside av999's control.
• Deposit Limits: You may set personal deposit limits via your av999 account settings. Once set, these limits cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days. Decreases take effect immediately.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from av999 are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal. This typically requires a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued ID.
• Withdrawals are subject to any active wagering requirements associated with bonuses. Attempting to withdraw before meeting bonus conditions will either result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited, or the withdrawal being placed on hold until conditions are met — depending on the specific promotion terms.
• av999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Such checks are conducted to protect against fraud and money laundering and are not a reflection on the account holder.
• In cases of suspected fraud or a disputed transaction, av999 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation.

6Bonuses & Promotions

av999 regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses on av999 carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms and are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount).
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an av999 account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active does not automatically stack another bonus on top.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. 7Game Rules & Fairness

• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary exclusion (1 week to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and will result in your account being closed and any qualifying balance being returned.

• Attempting to reverse, charge back or cancel deposits after receiving corresponding bonuses or after placing bets
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with av999
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes — any such discovery must be reported to av999 support immediately
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or using av999 to obscure the origin of funds
• Harassing, threatening or abusing av999 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Providing false information during registration, verification or any interaction with av999
• Accessing av999 via a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic or account restrictions

10Intellectual Property

All content on av999.im — including but not limited to the av999 logo, brand name, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of av999 or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use av999 for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works from any av999 content without prior written consent from av999.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, av999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the av999 platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, connectivity issues or third-party service failures
• Loss resulting from your failure to read or understand these Terms and Conditions or any specific game or promotion rules
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was enabled by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that was subject to a genuine data or display error

av999's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the value of the funds in the player's av999 account at the time of the event. Nothing in these terms limits av999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Account Suspension & Closure

av999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity
• A court order, regulatory direction or instruction from a law enforcement agency
• Extended account inactivity (12+ months without login)
• Player-requested closure for any reason, including voluntary self-exclusion

Where an account is suspended for investigation, av999 will aim to conclude the investigation and communicate an outcome within 14 business days. If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and access restored. Balances in suspended accounts are held and not forfeited pending investigation, unless a breach is confirmed.

13Privacy & Data

av999 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and av999. By registering on av999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14Changes to These Terms

Continued use of av999 after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should close your account before the revised terms take effect. Requests to close accounts due to disagreement with revised terms will be processed promptly and any qualifying balance returned without additional wagering requirements.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through the dispute process described above before pursuing any other remedy.
